Texas ends all coronavirus lockdowns, mask mandates, business occupancy restrictions

Gov. Greg Abbott has officially ended all Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions in the state of Texas, freeing the roughly 30 million people who live in the Lone Star State of the year-long lockdown nightmare he forced on them. As the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) desperately claws for some new excuse to extend the horror show, Texas is done with forced lockdowns, mandatory mask-wearing, and all other restrictions associated with the Chinese virus. What this means is that the second-largest state in the country will now have restaurants open at full capacity, along with schools, sports stadiums, and everything else people do for life and leisure. The only catch is that county judges will still have the ability to reinstate all these restrictions in the event that hospitalizations once again surge. "Too many Texans have been sidelined from employment opportunities," Abbott said. "Too many small business owners have struggled to pay their bills. It is now time to open Texas 100 percent." Abbott's decision conveniently comes after a Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) presidential straw poll left him a whopping zero percent of the vote. Conservatives are apparently not too keen on this RINO (Republican in Name Only) potentially running for the presidency in 2024 after what he already inflicted on Texans. By all appearances, Abbott is hoping that Texans will forget that he was the one who imposed the draconian restrictions on them in the first place. By lifting them now, he can pretend to be some kind of hero who saved Texans from himself. "I just announced Texas is OPEN 100%," Abbott tweeted proudly about the decision. "EVERYTHING. I also ended the statewide mask mandate." New "cases" of the Chinese virus in Texas reportedly dropped to a five-month low of 1,637 on Monday, according to state health department figures. Hospitalizations likewise dropped to the lowest number since Oct. 28. These decreases come right as PCR testing protocols shifted to a lower cycle count, which led to a dramatic decrease in the number of "positives" being reported. The media, however, is crediting these decreases with the mass vaccination rollout in Texas, where one million people per week are now being jabbed with mRNA gene therapy.

Newsom has a meltdown, calls Abbott's decision "absolutely reckless"

Upon hearing the news, California Gov. Gavin Newsom apparently had a meltdown, prompting him to tweet that Abbott is "[a]bsolutely reckless" in his decision to end all Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions in Texas. Since California is still one of the most "closed" states in America, Abbott's decision makes Newsom look really bad, especially when California's "case" count for the Chinese virus is plummeting just like it is in Texas. Texans may not want to get too excited, though. Because Abbott left room for the tyranny to be reimposed in the event of a hospitalization "surge," it is only a matter of time before another "wave" of the virus hits, or so we are told, potentially leading to more lockdowns and restrictions. The hope is that this will never happen, but based on what Americans were already forced to endure for the past year, it is unlikely that all of these career politicians, Abbott included, are willing to relinquish their newfound power without a fight. Not to be a Debbie Downer, but it is almost an expectation that this return to semi-normalcy in Texas will be short-lived. The writing is already on the wall with mainstream media pundits already ramping up the fear-mongering about new "strains" and "mutations" of the so-called "virus" beginning to spread. What Abbott and all other state governors need to do is not just end the restrictions but also prohibit them. This includes mask mandates, which are nothing more than the practicing of medicine without a license. More related news about the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) can be found at Pandemic.news.
